        Poor quality of service, the policies they have are unrealistic in this current time. They did not take the nature of self employed circumstances into account. They wont complete a joint tenancy agreement taking two lots of income into consideration (we thought that was normal). Would not recommend this company if you are self employed or on a lower income. To add, the staff were not friendly or sympathetic in the slightest.
