Bellfields Recreation Ground

I live close by and it's handy place for me to walk to with the grandchildren (3&2). It's a small playground with a fair bit of grass and the Glebe Rd exit now has a new second gate which is better than the previous gap onto a sometimes busy road. Plenty of benches for oldies to sit. As the children get older it might well appeal less. By the time they get to taking an interest in the skate park they won't want their grandparents with them. Carpe diem.

I really like this place because it is green and brilliant. There is lots of fun playground activities you can do here.

Great little park for children. Usually quiet with some swings, slides and climbing to keep them occupied whilst you sit on one of the benches relaxing.
