Moins Chemist & Wellbeing Centre

Normally my experience here is good - I/we go in the evenings and the late shift staff/Pharmacists are lovely, never had a problem. But today, I went in in the daytime for the first time. The counter serving woman (for ref: older, librarian vibe) was absolutely horrible to me. Took me completely by surprise as she had been fawning over the previous customer, so I misread her as pleasant. Nope. It was a trap. Fast summary: she went from completely blanking me for some time to being hellbent on starting an argument (but I'm very calm by nature so she didn't get one which if anything made her worse). It was so surreal, I still don't know what to make of it! On the plus side, I learned that if you disengage from the insanity and wait it out, eventually you're allowed to buy the medicine you need. I don't know what the problem was, all I know is that when someone attacks you (unprovoked) the fault (misery is the usual suspect) lies within them. So my very strong advice to anyone reading this is to only go in the evenings when she's off shift (or just go somewhere else) unless of course you're looking for a fight!!!

My nephew was accused of stealing from the shop by Abdul after already moaning about trying the testers,hope his so called cctv shows something next week or I want compensation for such a slanderous accusation and my solicitor will be informed and shown this so called video

A very good good pharmacy. Wide range of stock. Very helpful staff. Pharmacists available near the counter to give information and advice. Open extended hours, including evenings.

5 star to this chemist best one I've been too, had to travel to this one at night as all local chemists didn't have the medication I needed, very happy with customer service, extremely helpful, sadly not my local chemist but would happy travel back here in the future if ever needed again 5/5 stars, thank you
