Went here when my friend got hers done and thought the price was good, even though the patterns they say it has to be gel which obviously is more expensive not to mention isnt true ive always had on acrylic, when i went it was made clear she was in a rush to get me in as she had someone else in not long after, you could tell they were rushed as they were wonky, my pinky was longer than my thumb!! as the women was doing her booked in client i didnt want to say anything to appear rude while she was working, and the man who finished my nails by painting them had gone in the back, so i just paid and left, i really wasnt happy with them, and they were my holiday/ birthday nails so i really wanted to love them, so i called only a couple hours after saying im sorry i really am not happy i didnt want to say anything while you were with a customer, i was denied a refund or a new set only that she look at them (if she filed any more theyd be nothing left) to then have the phone put down on me, i was so upset so got my boyfriend to call and again ask if theres anything they can do, he also had the phone put down on him!! i hope more people read these reviews before booking and avoid at all costs!!!!
