THIS REVIEW IS ON BEHALF OF Daphne Bennett I was very pleased with the excellent response I received from Russell Francis. They came out to assess a problem I had immediately, they contacted the manufacturers, after reassuring me that they would make sure I was absolutely satisfied with the outcome of my complaint. After several visits from the manufacturers to put the fault right, they offered (through Russell) to make a new chair however I requested a refund and Russell complied with my request immediately. Due to the excellent and sympathetic response by Russell , I will have no hesitation in purchasing from Russell Francis again. I will also continue to recommend the business to friends and family.

I've lived in South Leicestershire most of my life ,didn't know this place excisted found it by chance on the net we wanted two nice recliners but didn't want to go to the multiples, well what a fabulous selection of quality furniture Russel Francis have , so we ordered two recliners and are so pleased with them , great products and great service , look no further.

Very friendly people not obtrusive just there when you need to ask questions. Delivery guys were excellent, furniture was ready for delivery before the due date. Would definately recommend.
