These reviews just gave me chills...same EXACT story for us. Starting in Nov of last year we have ordered 2 shipments of Hipp Formula and they took about 4 weeks to ship. My son was doing really well on the formula and out of all that we tried, it was definitely the best. We placed an order in Feb and after 5 weeks with no product, contacted the company. Received an email from Sian that they apologized we haven't received it but that he issued a replacement. We unassumingly (and in hindsight stupidly) placed another larger order since we would be completely out by the time our replacement arrived and wanted to be covered. Needless to say we are now out $350 and have not received anything from them, except an email from Sarah saying that Sian is no longer with the company and that someone from customer service will be contacting us. I also did not receive my order for Hipp baby formula! I have had no issues with them in the past until my last order only a few weeks ago in April. I have tried calling, emailing and now like everyone else, have seen that their website is down. I have filed a transaction dispute with my bank, but am very upset that this has happened. Same problem here! We ordered from them in the past and they were great!! Now we are out $350 for product that hasn't come and I am doubtful it ever will. I had received notice 2 months ago stating it had shipped, but nothing more. I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company so fingers crossed they will refund me and this can all be over. We have been using the formula from Honest Co. which is pretty close to the HiPP and we have had good luck with it. But it doesn't have the Probiotics. Feb 3rd, 2016

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, not that you are even able to now that their site is down. I had the same experience as everyone else - ordered a few times before with no issues. My last order was place on March 20, which was also the day they charged my card. I would usually receive my orders in 2-3 weeks. I messaged them on April 14 and Beth let me know that it can take up to 30 working days to receive. On April 27, I emailed again and on April 29, Sarah replied "We can offer replacements but due to the low stock of this product it would be dispatched in 5-7 working days. Replacements are sent on a tracked 5-7 working days service." With those dates, I should have received the replacement order no later than May 21. I emailed last week demanding a refund, but have gotten no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and also filed a claim with PayPal. Feb 18th, 2016
