If I could vote 0 stars i would of!!! Absolutely S C A M Ordered an item 4 weeks ago and the email said theyre prepping the order & i emailed three times to ask where my item was and no response.. shock! No contact number just a rubbish email address that probably isnt in use. Been scammed.

I ordered a yoga mat from this shop but instead received someone elses order with all of their personal information (assuming that someone else now had my personal information). I tried to get in contact with them several times to flag this and the breach in data protection. I eventually received an email saying that they are a small business and mistakes happen (not an apology btw) and I should return the wrong items. Once those items were returned, the communication completely stopped. It became obvious that they would not refund me so I initiated a PayPal case against them which forced them to issue the refund. This whole thing has taken nearly 2 months. Honestly, Ill take Amazon any day over unethical small businesses like this one. At least Amazon will not ghost you and will give you your money back.
