I met Ed after applying for a role. After our meeting he advised me that I was better suited to another role available in a slightly different field. Ed was amazing, when I reached out to him after I lost my job at the start of the pandemic he listened to all my needs and concerns and touched based with me regularly, even if there were limited job opportunities in my field. I was made to feel valued and important and Ed found me a position which I was offered straight after the interview. The whole experience could have been really stressful but Ed made it so easy, he still keeps in touch with me now asking how my position is going even though his work and responsibilities with me are finished. Highly recommend this Recruitment Agency!!

I have had experience with 360 Recruitment from both sides of the coin; a good few years ago when I was looking to change jobs, and again more recently as a business owner looking for staff.
