        Very unhelpful staff, came in with an old waste pipe looking for a like for like replacement, part was checked in bag and was told it was a match. However, when I it tried at home it was slightly different, so returned to shop and was told I could not have a refund as I had opened the bag. I then went to 5 other more helpful plumbers merchants in Harborough all of which opened the parts bag to assure the part matched. I would not recommend City Plumbing.
