My consultation was satisfactory but I had to chase up my report, because the system would not let me verify my email address by not accepting my date of birth. I finally received the report but my doctor didn't get one, so I was unable to book the urgent blood test I was told I required. Ultimately rather a wast of 49.50

We went to the meeting point at a pharmacy in Market Harborough, in time, 10 minutes ealier. We had to wait around 20 min. - no one showed up. Finally Dr. Rashid appeared on the screen to give advice. The system broke twice. Thanks to a very helpful guy in the pharmacy we managed to be back. The nice collegue from the pharmacy phoned several times with the Medics Without his great support we would have been lost. After all, a disappointing experience!!!

We have never used anything like this before so were not sure what to expect. We went to Medicspot because our surgery at Husbands Bosworth Medical Centre a) were permanently engaged, and b)if you are very persistent and do get through the last thing they want you to do is speak to a doctor. The Medicspot doctor was on time and gave my wife (who had very bad earache and deafness) a lengthy interview . He then asked her to take her temperature with a non touch thermometer, checked her pulse and heart beat on another piece of equipment, and the looked inside her ear with a further piece of equipment with the pictures showing on the screen. We had a good chat about his findings and the options available, and settled on some strong antibiotics which we were able to pick up at the pharmacy where the interview took place. It was so refreshing to talk to a doctor who was both sympathetic and conclusive. We would happily have him as our GP. The process to get on line in the Pharmacy in a small office was straight forward even for us over 70s. Thank you Medicspot

When you have about zero chance of getting face-to-face or video call with your local GP, MedicSpot seemed a good option for a niggling but not emergency situation. The video call with Dr. Kishwar Sultana started right on time, after an easy to follow call set up process in private consulting room at Moins Chemist, Market Harborough. Dr Sultana was very thorough, gave good feedback and provided a prescription that was sent through immediately to the pharmacy with clinical notes sent to my GP. I would use this service again without hesitation.
