Carpet Parade

After purchasing our first home we've had all our carpets from Ken at Carpet Parade, the service has always been exceptional whilst having our carpets fitted we found out not only does he do carpets but also blinds so have since had the house fitted with blinds which are just as beautiful as our carpets! All round fantastic service will recommend to all of our family & friends for sure thank you Carpet Parade I'd of given more stars if I could!

Excellent service all around, the fitter was prompt and ready to go with all materials and despite a manufacturing defect preventing completion that day he returned the following day and not only finished the job but finished it to a very high standard in very little time. Extremely friendly demeanour and I will be honest I'm an extremely paranoid person yet I had no qualms leaving this man in my house whatsoever, pointed out the soft drinks and everything then left him to it I was also left with a sizeable quantity of unusable for installation anywhere but very useful offcuts and bits and pieces which I cannot thank enough for Regrettably I do not remember the name of the man who did the work,my name memory is awful however I very much believe the company will know who I'm talking about and he gets the praise he deserves because this was impeccable work with bonus extras! I have also spoken to a friend who used the same company and they had a different fitter yet had nothing but glowing things to say about them as well. Highly recommended, you do not often get fast & excellent work you normally pick one. PS: If you cannot figure out which fitter this is carpet parade to get in touch with me and I will are you in on the job details so he can be properly credited

I am surprised that carpet parade has been in business so long. The management seem nice enough but incompetent. It appears that they don't work together, if one takes the order and for some reason it is delayed the other one cannot deal with the problem, they have to wait until the original returns, as so you may be waiting quite a while for your goods to be fitted. They are however very quick to call for the balance of payment. I could not in good conscience recommend them.
