        This company is so disorganised. My girl friend has been waiting over a month for her online order. Its not the first time this has happened. They claim it was delivered to the store in Market Harborough but couldnt find it, spoken to several people at there HQ and still waiting on it. They were bought out by a Russian owned private equity company. Shame because the company was British owned and is over 150 years old

        This is always a nice shop to go into. Well managed and with friendly staff who want to help if you need advice. Special thanks to manager Clare for telling me about Balmonds Skin Salvation. I found it lovely and pure and natural to use to soothe dry skin and irritation. Thank you to all

        Today we have very very bad experience at this store,lady was very rough not friendly. She looked at us as if we were thieves. I also want to ask when the bags are paid for?
