Doodle computers set up the IT and phone systems when we moved to a new office. They gave us good advice on what we would need and set everything up very quickly. The IT support since has been great and they deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the service.

Doodle came onboard and completely resurrected our I.T. and telecoms, having been ill advised elsewhere previously. Bernie has always offered us sound advice on the best routes to take in order to solve all the problems we faced. We greatly appreciate having somebody that we can trust offering us this advice. Having Kevin as our point of contact for day to day issues is great; everything is solved in a timely manner and it is easy to reach out when we need to. Luckily, we hardly need to reach out any more, as our recurring issues are now non-existent, thanks to Doodle! Thank you for everything you continue to do for us.

We started using Doodle eight years ago after our previous support company let us down badly. They are a great team that give sound, sensible advice. From replacing our outdated server and upgrading most of the PCs, Doodle also fitted our CCTV system. They are always on the end of the phone if we have a problem and whether they remotely log in to our network or arrive at our showroom, they always come back to us quickly.

I changed my IT support company to Doodle over fifteen years ago, and I have been delighted with the service they give ever since. General problems are dealt with very fast (and at all hours of the day and night), and they also provide a good global advisory service, keeping a watching brief on things like Anti-Virus updates, hardware profiles, network updates and licences. I like to fiddle with our computers and attempt things myself; when I succeeds its probably because Bernie taught me how to do it, and when it goes pear-shaped, I let Bernie and his team sort it out again.
