Great auto repair place. Staff are friendly and the mechanics are really helpful. I had what I thought was a problem, they spent time analysing it and advised it was nothing to worry about with no charge. Highly recommended.

I took my car to this garage for what should have been a simple fix. I spent just under 600 and shortly after getting my car back it started leaking oil on my driveway. I complained to the Garage and told them the car did not feel fixed, it was driving badly and I knew it wasnt running well considering the money I just paid. I took it back to them and they basically said it had further problems and that they were not entirely sure what was wrong but they then said the catalytic converter had to be replaced and that the hand brake cable had snapped. They charged me 900 and although frustrated and angry I just wanted my car back to normal health and to be able to drive it again. I picked my car up and almost immediately the clutch was failing and it become impossible to drive. I again complained to the garage and told them it was disgusting Id paid all this money 1500 approx in less than 5 months. It seemed like every time I took it there it came out worse than when it went in with different problems. You take a car to a professional mechanic expecting them to diagnose the problem, quote you for the work, and then fix it. If I had been told the clutch was going when I took it there and spent 900 I would have been forewarned that it was not worth fixing but they did not say a thing. I am totally shocked and disgusted that this garage did this to me and I still have a car I am unable to drive. I have contacted the garage again and told them how upset I am at the situation and they took the car in again I was hoping that theyd resolve the issue . Instead they confirmed my clutch had gone and said it would cost a further 700 to rectify at which time I collected my car without getting the work done as enough is enough and I no longer trust this garage. They wont accept responsibility or even try to put it right. Ive told them I feel conned , ripped off, treated badly and yet they dont appear to care. I would not recommend anyone using this garage.
