Delighted with Jane's support and help in our house purchase. She helped us by our by our dream home and was on hand throughout the process to assist with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Naylors and Jane went out of her way to make sure our house purchase happen. The market was extremely competitive at the time we made our purchase and it took 18 months to find a house. Jane (Armstrong-Wade) was absolutely fantastic and helpful when I was purchasing a house from one of their vendors. Naylors Estate Agents were the Estate Agent for the property that we bought recently. Jane was excellent from start to finish. From initially showing us around the property, she left us to look around in our own time but was on hand when we had any questions. Jane's knowledge of the property and the seller's situation was amazing and really put us at ease when putting in an offer. Once the offer had been lodged and accepted, Jane was in regular contact and it felt like we were her clients as she was always on hand when we needed help with anything. She managed everyone's expectations brilliantly and didn't sit back and wait for the transaction to just happen. Jane was proactive and chased all parties every week to get it over the line. We will definitely use Jane and Naylors for any future property sales after this experience. Estate Agency done right!
