I have rented multiple times and have never experienced better agents that Jo and Will at Belvoir. They are friendly, helpful and very efficient indeed. The viewing and moving process was seamless and I was kept fully informed at all times. The property was in great condition and very well cleaned. (You'd think this was a given in the industry....but sadly it's not). Through bad luck I had a few issues upon first moving in, needing a new boiler, washing machine and dishwasher within the first month or two. All of which were dealt with and/or replaced within 48 hours of me notifying them. With the boiler, a plumber was at the property the very next morning. In my experience, locally they are unrivalled. Landlords, look no further!

Belvoir Lettings are highly professional letting agents. They managed my property for nearly six years during which time I didn't have any problems with my tenant or the property. I have recently recovered possession to allow a sale and Belvoir ensured the handover was seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a letting agency.
