I have bought all my cars from here, I have all my MOT, services and repairs here. I cannot recommend Robert and his team highly enough. When the car goes in for repair, they will give me a heads-up with a quote, let me know any recommendations and do a top first time. Can't ask for anything more.

Listen, and i mean listen. I am someone who never writes reviews, mainly as i cannot be bothered. But, on this occasion i must make an exception, and this is because i saw a car on Auto Trader, arranged everything through Will, including finance. I then collected the vehicle on the Friday, to get a letter for a major operation on the Saturday, which would mean myself being unable to keep the vehicle. I now needed to return the vehicle, which i do understand, the garage was not obliged to accept. But, they did, and with no qualms. I was prepared to take a major financial hit on the vehicle, as this was my fault, but, Protheroes were unbelieveable in the way they dealt with the matter, accepting the return of the vehicle for a nominal fee to re register the car, and effectively add a new owner. This professionalism is unheard of in the motor trade as far as i am concerned, and this dealership, and especially Will, deserve recognition for going way beyond anything i could think of. I can only thank all involved for making the return as pain free as they have, which they never had to do at all, and are a credit to the trade, and i would thoroughly reccomend anyone considerimg buying a vehicle to seriously think about this dealership as their next port of call. Many thanks once again, top class people.

Great service! I saw the car I really wanted and loved it as soon as I test drove it. Will was so helpful and made it a smooth process. The quality of the car is great and it was presented as good as new. Highly recommend and would buy through them again ! Thanks!
