        rude staff, wasnt greeted or smiled at when we walked in. puppy had an accident on the floor and we cleaned it up but they were all snarky about it; any good pet shop greets you as you walk in the door and ensures you not to worry about what the puppy did as they are still learning right and wrong. Sort your staff out
