From start to finish dealing with Brookside has been so easy. We ordered shutters for a difficult sized bay window and they measured up, talked us through installing and how they would look. Delivery was quicker than expected and installation was superb. A very neat and tidy finish and any mess was tidied before they left. Definitely recommend.

Brookside Carpets was contacted to provide a quote for new blinds. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. My partner received four separate calls on different days from the office to arrange an appointment, which had already been booked in with the first person that rang. The gentleman due to come out then couldnt as he had Covid, very responsible, so we thought! We were rung to say one of the office staff would come out the same day but an hour later. Unexpectedly a gentleman did turn up at the arranged time and measured up. Give him his dues he was very good, I was quite impressed. An hour later the lady from the office arrived, nobody had told her, her colleague had already been. A few days later my partner tested possible for Covid. Just to say she works from home and had not been out. As we received no quote a week later, we contacted Brookside carpets and they said that the gentleman who had been to us as his last appointment on Friday, tested positive for Covid on Monday! There was no understanding that they had a professional duty to let the last customers he was in contact with know. My partner was very poorly. The lady from the office was quite rude and unprofessional. Safe to say we didnt use this company. Communication within the team is non existent and their care for customers is shocking. I wouldnt recommend them.

We had our flooring done by Brookside a year ago and have been meaning to review them. We are so happy with the service from Brookside. George was so knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us with a sub floor issue. Going with Brookside saved us over 1k compared to another local shop AND we got a far superior product. The chap who fitted the flooring was just a lovely and did a fantastic job. A year on our LVT and carpet still look great. I would recommend Brookside to anyone looking for great quality and service .
