STAFF - Really lovely staff, smooth and efficient service all around, couldnt be better.
PRICE - At their introductory 4 weeks half price offer I felt the price is good (25 p/w including 5,000 insurance cover).
SIZE - Its stated that a container should hold the contents of an average 3-4 bedroom home. This was incorrect for us. We needed 2 containers to hold the contents of a 2 bedroom cottage and these were both stacked to the roof! We did not have a garage at the Cottage, didnt move fridges and freezers, ovens, and only had a small loft. We have a 9 month old and 4 year old so we have all of their stuff as well, which is copious!
ACCESS AND USE - Use of the lockers is easy peasy - they are tightly spaced in a lot of areas at the MH site, but I visited ours for around 30 drop offs and wasnt once blocked from access by another user. No problems with Luton van access for our 2 lockers but be aware of this if you will have a large van as some containers would be trickier to access with a Luton van in MH.
