Appalling service. You can never get through to them via the phone or email. Only when it comes to nearing completion do you get a rush of emails, otherwise it's radio silence. You also have to be super proactive to stay on top of the tasks that need to be completed. I found them via Moneysupermarket. I would steer clear and use another practice.

We used EH & L for our house sale and Emma who was our solicitor was fantastic! Each step along the way was timely delt with and coupled with excellent advice. I wasn't short of questions and each time Emma rapidly had them answered! Karyn who works work in team as a legal secretary is also a huge asset to the company. Karyn was always happy to go out of her way to help me out and was a complete joy to liaise with. Wishing you and all the team the very best!

So hard to get hold of, always. Not sure if they know the word communication. Then put the price up by 261 and say they won't complete unless you pay. AVOID AVOID AVOID
