        Bought several leads..most of which are people not actually wanting a new boiler and would rather it be repaired. By the time ive seen the property/customer the ability to report the lead has gone... what a scam! I wont be wasting any more of my time and money.

        Brought 4 leads all the strangest of customers and all lead to nothing. Wont be using again. 6 days to report a problem with lead isn't enough. One customer wasn't even ready for any work,another address was a run down supermarket both over the 6 day allowance thus leaving me out of pocket. Poor setup for sole trader.DO NOT USE!!!!

        Do not use, after speaking with the customers not one actually knew who Holmes Media where. It seems they are intercepting enquirys some how or are generating leads through a different format of enquires form, how ever it works- DO NOT USE!. Lets not give these sham companys traction. They will fizzle out if we do not let them make money of our backs.
