Kinesiology with Louise Bourne

For many years I had wanted to experience kinesiology, mostly just out of interest rather than seeking a particular 'cure', and was delighted to discover Louise just a five minute drive away from me. I read the excellent online reviews (to which I am now contributing!) and decided to make an appointment. Like most people I guess, I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I needn't have worried. For a start, Louise is an extremely likeable and easy going person who puts you immediately at ease. Also she explains that it doesn't really matter what you are expecting, or whether you 'believe' in what she does. It just works. I have had just three sessions so far with Louise, but she has already identified several foods I should avoid, helped me with a lower back pain and - most amazingly - cured a sensitive tooth that otherwise was lined up for root canal treatment! I would recommend Louise for any physical or psychological issue you might have - even those that are not apparent to you. Wonderful stuff!

I hadnt ever heard of kinesiology until my path crossed with Louise and WOW what an incredibly powerful holistic therapy I have found it to be. My treatments with Louise continue to profoundly impact my health and well-being in so many ways. Each time I have a treatment with her its like we work as one to heal whatever comes up. She is such a beautiful soul, I feel completely safe in her hands and trust her ability implicitly. Her wealth of experience and skill in kinesiology knows no bounds. Ive been having kinesiology with Louise for several years now. Its become a fundamental part of maintaining my health. Through our sessions & the inner work in between, I have been able to release trauma & come into balance with myself emotionally, mentally & physically. Knowing exactly what support my body needs through muscle testing cuts out the trial & error. Its helped me to feel connected to my body in a way that feels empowering. Louise is always professional & extremely caring. I highly recommend her services for anyone who wishes to bring balance & peace into their lives.

When it comes to healing, the teachers we choose are very personal. I stumbled across Louise, not knowing much about her. As a Yoga Medicine & Holistic Wellness Coach I have great knowledge into the working and understanding of our mind (energy) and bodies. Louise is a very rare kinesiologist in that she not only rebalances elements of my energy system that need work, but she can also help me to recognise the psychological reason is that I'm getting out of balance, and what I need to work on to keep balance in the future.
