        Make sure you take it upon yourself to ask for a consultation. I told them over the phone twice this is my hair status (bleached ends) and told them what I wanted and asked is this a root tint & refresh and two different people said yes. I also came in for my patch test and they never told me it was a colour correction that I needed. When I came for my appointment I sat in the chair and was told I needed a 4 hour colour correction and they couldnt do it as I was booked for a 2 hour appointment and they had training after. I thought it was weird they didnt offer a consultation like every other salon. Its a shame. Make sure you BOOK A CONSULTATION! Service: Hair coloring
