        After being let down by another garage door company I contacted Fernie Garage Doors after asking for recommendations on the local community Facebook page . 90% of replies mentioned Fernie garage doors so I called them! Geoff called over to see me the next day and my new door was installed 2 weeks later by Sean! A proper family run business where you know EXACTLY who youre dealing with. Would highly recommend!! 10/10

        Strangely enough I wanted a new garage door. Left my details by email and received an automated reply assuring me that they would be in touch. A fortnight later I am still waiting. Have taken my business elsewhere and have had visits and quotations. Disappointed that I wasted two weeks waiting.

        Fantastic customer service! Emailed query on a Friday at 5pm, expecting response Monday onwards. Geoff called me Saturday, out of working hours, and talked me through how to reset the motor and solve my problem. Appreciate the call and your patience/reassurance. Thank you Geoff.

        I would absolutely recommend Fernie Garage Door Services. The team came the same day, fixed the problem, provided advice to prevent reoccurrence and all at a reasonable cost. Thoroughly professional and I would have no problem recommending their service. Five STARS
