        Joules customer service is extremely disappointing/none-existant. On the 13th May I joined a 'live' chat and after waiting for some time when I was 8th in line I was asked to leave my message and e-mail address and someone would get back to me. On the same day I received an automated e-mail stating someone would get back to me with me within 4 working days. Still waiting, have chased up answer on several occasions and keep getting same automated reply. They do not deserve a star rating but to get your review to have enter one!!!

        I am disgusted with the quality of service from Joules. They do not respond to multiple emails.They do not allow you cancel orders mistakenly placed only minuets earlier, causing you an unnecessary trip to the post office.This company has a fast descending level of care for its buyers. I will not purchase another item from them as long as i live.I hope people like myself refuse this company's dreadful service and look elsewhere.

        I have shopped at a few Joules shops; Metro Centre, Morpeth and other places and always have found the ladies working in your shops really lovely. Its nice to have good customer service as many shops are so poor at it. Keep up the good work. PS. Love Joules products.
