        I come here for my slimming world meeting with other people .my first time coming was making me very nervous . But once you achieve something and carry on you feel extremely loads better. The lady Katy is very good at given us advice things we know about food ideas etc. Made some lovely new people alot older than me but to be honest doesn't matter what age you are when coming to events like this .it's showing to the others that you can do this and feel 100% better with your weight loss plan . It's not a competition you do this for your own reasons and just feel absolutely a new you . Come and try it out make friends this way
