        I sent them an email asking about one of their products and they failed to reply, so sent a follow up email pointing out they had not responded to my previous email and they failed to reply to that too. One wonders why they give there email address on there website.

        They arranged collection of batteries for my mobility scooter which were not working properly, tested them and found one was in fact defective. They delivered 2 new batteries without charge, which I considered very generous and professional, I was particularly impressed with the courtesy with which I was treated during this experience
