        A dreadful bank, when needed help, they made things more complicated than as it is. Awful.

        Could not complete the online application and been advised by Lloyds website to go to the nearest branch. Went to the branch and didn't get further assistance. The gentleman at the counter said their system is not working and asked us to try again with their WiFi. If the Website is down why advise to try again? Not helpful!
