Barclays Bank

I visited the Market Harborough branch this afternoon to carry out a couple of transactions. The staff at this branch were working, once again, under severe pressure but did a great job dealing with quite a few unhappy customers with professionalism. Come on Barclays, do the right thing and start looking after your staff. Put systems in place to support your staff so they can provide the excellent customer service your customers are used to and not be subjected to the challenging conversations and verbal abuse they receive from your very, very frustrated customers. Staff being unable to take breaks due to lack of staff is not acceptable. Sincere thanks to Victoria for assisting me today - I was very stressed when I walked into the branch due to the frustration of the Abington Street branch being so unhelpful and then not being able to carry out the transaction via online banking due to error messages, but you provided excellent customer service and I really appreciated your assistance. Thank you.

I would just like to say a huge Thank You to Jehan at Barclays Bank in Market Harborough. On two occasions he has helped me with Banking transactions and he is absolutely outstanding at his job. Jehan is incredibly professional, kind, caring and compassionate and his Customer Service skills are absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much Jehan, your help and assistance is so greatly appreciated.

Be open, or close the branch permanently. So annoying when you need to go to the bank and there are never open
