        Mike has an abundance on knowledge about bike and trike suspension i have 2 units for my Can-am Spyder RTS the increased handling is out of this world 5 STARS for quality 5 STARS for speed of manufacture 5STARS for speed of postage thank you for making my Spyder fun again

        I have been looking for a rear shock for a 2017 MT09 TRACKER. I fitted the Shock factory M shock. With great help from the people from The shock foctory. I was sent a unit that looked the part and worked far better than I could have imagined. From a far superior ride and much better transfer of power to the road. Top class service, staff and product. THANK YOU SHOCK FACTORY.

        Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly. After a chat, I ordered a rear shock for a Can Am Spyder. Arrived quickly and included details of the settings which Mike recommended, and had already set the shock to. Fitted and works a treat. Product is real quality at a sensible price. How has a place like this offering such a high standard of service and products remained relatively unknown ?. Many thanks Mike, I'll be back when the fronts need replacing.
