I had cause to visit twice this Bank Holiday for relatively moonier matters. I was served by, I think, Oliver and Nassem? I have to say that both of them were extremely helpful and went out of their way in that regard. I was actually surprised and grateful that I got such a personalised service from what is a corporate giant - more like an individually run independent. So thank you guys, I will be back.

Aircon gas check, The guy doing it had no idea where the valve on the engine was to check the gas pressure, he had about ten goes on different valves before he hopefully got it right, which i have no confidance that he did it right as he didnt appear to know what he was doing, Not good aswell because he was teaching a younger collegue Took NSH ID and my blue light card as instructed over the phone the day before to get the NHS discount just for them to say in store when i went to pay the blue light card cant be used like it can every where else and i needed the app with me to get the discount, which i didnt have as that was not the instructions i was given over the phone previously Head office said drive the 12 mile round trip back to get the 3 discount which will not cost more than that in time and fuel, very bad overall experience

Told by customer service that the store was open at 8am. Got there at 8:40am and told the store doesn't open until 9am. Yet again my time is cheap and can be wasted.
