I am beyond crushed how ash tree could miss such an important thing as a chip. We recently had to go to another vet because we are too far from ash tree now. The vet just told us our dog was not chipped ever! We could not believe it ! We had never had a complain about ash tree until now. Ash tree sent a copy of the documents to the new vet. On the part where the chip numbers goes was an empty space. This is not OKAY!!! Please be careful it is not a mistake to take lightly . Make sure your animals are chipped! I CAN NOT BELIEVE ASH TREE NEVER CHECKED TO SEE IF SHE WAS CHIPPED! Be mindful this mistake could cause your Pet safety and other things!

Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. We were visiting the area in our caravan when my young labradors got conjunctivitis. They fitted us in almost immediately! Better service than on the NHS!! Many thanks to all. Sandra Derham with Tia & Ben.

I was very impressed with the kindness shown by the reception staff and doctor. All the staff were kind, patient and demonstrated real warmth towards my pug. The doctor patiently walked through my old dogs options, answered all my questions and gave me his professional opinion. I found the costs of the proposed treatment and the consultation to be reasonable. I walked away from the consultation feeling less stressed about my poochs health and he walked away feeling pleased with the free treats he was offered! Thank you so much to all the staff.
