My Grandad went to Peaker Park on a temporary basis for an assessment period after a stressful stay in hospital. The care staff here were amazing and made sure that he settled into the home and enjoyed his stay there. He was able to make friends with other residents and have a laugh with carers. The care home is lovely and clean and tidy and has a great garden where residents can spend some time out in the fresh air. There was a lovely homely feel to the place. If it wasn't for the distance from our home, we'd have loved for him to stay here.

My mum went into Peaker Park Care Village in Market Harborough after having a really bad experience in her previous care home. Spending 5 weeks in hospital she went into Peaker Park, the care she received in the very short time she was there was absolutely first class. The staff are truly amazing not just looking after mum but all the family too. If your looking for care for your loved one, this IS the place for them. Staff and home,TOTALLY AMAZING. Thank you for everything!xxx

My mother had a two year stay in Peaker Park in Clipston. All of the staff were absolutely excellent and we can't thank them enough. Mum had been in two previous homes and this was the best by far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it .

On hearing my father was to be admitted to Peaker Park I must admit I panicked due to the bed count. However, it shows you should never judge a book by its cover. The village is clean, with old momentoes, of a time gone by all around. We were greeted at reception, advised of the visiting times, logging in and out, in case of fire etc. We were shown to dad's room, after we spoke with the senior carer looking after my dad, who gave us more information about his illness and treatment than we had previously from the hospital. I must admit after my first visit my worries had disappeared. To then get a call to say dad was now being treated as end of life, again the carers gave my dad the care he deserved, and the dignity we all deserve. We were supplied with teas/coffees, sandwiches, etc. My dad unfortunately passed away, but the care and support we received in that short time was the best we had in the months during dad's illness. I can't rate the staff and facilities enough, I can't name the staff, who were caring for dad but they know who they are. From the care givers to the senior carers, receptionist, cleaners, they all did their part, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. To know in those final days he was given the care he should have received from the hospital. We are so glad he came to you. A very Big Thank You from our family to yours.
