Started out as helpful but the service often breaks down. The provided router gave up after a few months. No one told me to return the old broken router. Asked for a new one and they refused. So I asked to be released from my Contract. That was also refused. Dont touch with a barge pole. There are plenty of other ISP out there.

Do not sign a contract with them, complete shambles! I wish I could give them zero. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Called them countless of times and opened several tickets as our wifi disappears whenever it wants, which has been happening for ages now. They said its because our plan was on low-speed internet, so I moved to one of their fastest ones, which made the whole situation so much worse. Wifi disappears everyday now, even several times per day. Today it disappeared during my lecture. All they reply is OFNL's fault or OFNL is investigating and provide no solution. Well, one solution they said is that I need to probably upgrade on a more expensive router for which I would have to pay, outrageous! Maybe you shouldnt charge and provide customers with some cheap tp link router in the first place. No idea why I pay money for the service (or no service to be precise). I wish I never got a new contract with them!!!

I'd love it if they were more competitive with main providers with higher speeds (e.g. 500mbs), but otherwise this is a brilliant company. I've been with them for a year in my new build flat, and the internet has been steady, and great customer service when needed.
