        A badly run organization, with a terrible online service to match. I have bought two pairs of shoes from them online almost a month ago. They have still not been delivered, in fact they have not even sent the items out for delivery. They have no way of being contacted online. When you call their customer service number, they refuse to pick up your calls, I have tried numerous times, and not once did they pick up. After waiting for ten minutes they will cut you off claiming that they are going through "extraordinary maintenance". I would never buy from this lot again.

        I had numerous purchases from this company without any issues in the past. The shoes received on last occasion had defects but an exchange was offered that I considered not to go ahead due to time and hassle required to post back.
