        Went yesterday had a carvery with my husband daughter and her two small children. Staff very friendly and helpful. Carvery was lovely too.

        It doesn't even deserve one star. Waited 30 minutes for our starter, only just got them and the girl came over and asked if we would like our main now, even though she could see we were still eating. Brought main meals out chips were still hard in the middle, my husband being himself ate them. I couldn't so I told the waitress about this and she took my food back to the kitchen, to be made again. My food came back pie still on the plate with the gravy that I had put on previous. Staff over run even the kitchen porter was collecting plates from tables. It's the worst Greene king I have ever been to, definitely will not be going back.
