Sophies Hair and Beauty

On the 3rd of December I had a colour revamp following a consultation and advice from Sophie (but no prior skin test). it was decided and clear as to what I wanted and Sophie advised how that was going to be achieved. Sadly this was not the case leaving me very disappointed with the end result. I wasnt aware at the time how patchy it was from the back untill it was pointed out to me (no mirror to show the back) the following day I messaged Sophie along with pics to express my disappointment, and Sophie agreed that she would redo my hair on 20.12.2021 at 9.30am,. Unfortunately Sophie didnt show, no apology or arrangement to reschedule despite several message and calls. Regrettably Sophie blocked my number, consequently I messaged from a relatives phone, after receiving a very un-professional response, I cant tell you the distress and embarrassment this has caused me, my hair is patchy in colour and I have had to wear it tied back, in addition there is no way I can get it rectified before Christmas. I have tried to sort this amicably and given Sophie the opportunity to rectify but unfortunately this hasnt happened. A request for a refund was requested along with my bank details and Sophie agreed to pay half of what she charged unfortunately no payment has been received and the numbers I have called off and face book have also been blocked. This has left me no alternative to take further action if payment is not refunded. Consumer Rights Act 2015 which clearly states that services have to be provided with care and skill Sadly not on this occasion

Sophie is very professional, she is friendly and made me feel relaxed. I've had hair extensions and eyelashes done by Sophie and she always does a great job :)

Sophie is an amazing hair extensions specialist and lash technician! I have now had 2 sets of different methods from sophie ans can never fault her work! She is an amazing lady so kind and friendly! 100% recommened for any service she offers! :)
