It was a breath of fresh air to find someone who truly knew what he was talking about and communicated regularly throughout the period of fixing my machine. John went beyond to ensure I had what was suitable for my needs. Hopefully I will not need his services again but would have no hestitation in using John again.

        I contacted John after my drive had become corrupted. From the initial contact to completion of the repair & reinstall I received absolutely first class service. John provided prompt & regular updates, explaining everything clearly and concisely. The whole process was complete in 48 hours, and John gave me a thorough demonstration of the amendments he had made when I collected the machine. My PC is now running beautifully. I simply cannot recommend John highly enough. Truly 5* service. Many thanks once again John!!
