Cici's Happy Ever After

I booked an appointment to try on some wedding dresses. Myself and friend arrived at my allotted time. I was asked by the young girl (who informed us she had only been there 2 weeks) what kind of dress I wanted. I replied I was unsure and wanted some guidance as to what style would suit my body shape etc. She then proceeded to pick out each dress on the rack and ask do you like this one? I chose a couple I wanted to try and the young girl hung them in the curtained area and walked away. I asked for some help getting into the dresses and she took them off the hanger and handed them to me. My friend had to come up the steps to help button / zip me up. Its not the young girls fault if she is new but felt it unprofessional to not have an experienced member of staff there to assist especially when I had to make the appointment to go try dresses on. The young girl was polite but disinterested and was on her mobile phone whilst we were there. Small range of dresses to choose from. No follow up from the owners / manager to see how the appointment had gone etc. Such a shame as Id always prefer to support local businesses first.

Amazing staff, all lovely and were so helpful through finding my dress. Walked out after an hour and a half after choosing my dress. So excited to wear it on the Big day
