        3 stars for the staff who must be frustrated knowing the branch may be on the closure list but keep smiling. Shame you have to wait so long because only 1 staff member on the counter at times.

        Tried to open account but branches cannot do it. On line was a fiasco and after 3 failures I stopped it.

        What a truly terrible place, with terrible customer service. Those people haven't got a clue of how to speak and treat customers. They need to go back for a proper training how to deal with customers. Laughing behind customers back and discussing their private matters! How about data protection? Seriously, some employees either should be sacked or simply taught good manners. Disgusting behaviour and attitude.
