Do not use unless you want :-numerous faults in the van , oven not working , heating not working oil light on in the cab ,warning light on petrol gage not working , even though we had filled the Motorhome tank up dirty knickers in a draw, foul smell from toilet, only went when we fully cleaned the toilet. Yet the owner said the owner and a friend deep cleaned the van. If you deep clean you find these things being slandered by the owner, the owner phoned me ? By accident the owner moaned I had phoned her on a Sunday to tell her we were returning the van early we hired it for 30 days . They did offer to replace the van when the oven did not work. Being a nice couple we said no we will buy a table top oven and they would refund us the same for the heater. Never paid us. The owner continued to slander me I'm nasty, we have met once before and spoken on the phone twice. I was polite, even comforted the owner on the phone when the owner was crying how can I be nasty ? When I phoned on Sunday the owner was in tears saying she wanted to give us a lovely holiday as the owner was aware this would be my last holiday for along time before I have major surgery, the owner mentioned that this business is holding the other business up. Then the owner also discussed with a 3rd party who thought that there was something wrong with us if we went to Scotland this time of year and she agreed . My husband recorded the conversation. I was prepared to forgive and forget, not put a review up but when I listened to how much the ownerslandered us this left us no choice. I know the owner tells you when you hire the van that a previous customer broke the table and it cost 600 to replace, oh the table screws fell out rendering the 600 table useless. I wonder what the owner said about these people.? Totally unacceptable the owner even told us when we returned the van the owner only now was looking up the errors codes on the heating.Just a thought if you had looked up the codes you might of been able to solve the heating problem so we did not have to buy a heater , boil a kettle for hot water to do dishes and use the shower.

Fantastic service, they have thought of everything and everything was explained so well. It was such fun to hire their motorhome and couldn't recommend them highly enough
