Fantastic Service. Had an M99 water mains pump burn out. Phoned at 8am, discussed options and Les asked even for photos to be emailed to make sure there was no misunderstanding and to make sure we didn't waste a journey to them. Arrived at there office 10am, dropped off old pump to have fittings removed and put on the new pump, all done and tested with in the hour. Where else can you get service like that! Really appreciated. New pump installed with Run Dry Protection fitted to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thanks again Guys.

Very disappointing performance. Installed a pumping system in a house as a sub-contractor. Installation they put in as a sub-contractor failed after being used for less than two months. As the failure happened out of hours no one was available to come out until "maybe tomorrow sometime". Certainly won't be using them for the rest of the development.
