After care is disgusting They have Left me nearly 2 weeks unable to lock a back door which left myself and my family very vulnerable because the company wouldn't allow me to get any other company in to do it for me as they said it would invalidated my warranty with them (BELFORD HOMES) Hope to get all the other jobs done before there warranty runs out

It is my intention to be fully clear and transparent, it is therefore important to note that I can only relate this review to the reservation / sales process, not the quality of the properties which I am sure are high. That being said, here is our experience of Belford Homes. We called up on Monday evening to ask questions as the listing wasn't the most detailed, which was no problem, in fact, it's nice being able to engage with someone who can fill in the blanks - However, on Tuesday morning we drove to view the site / plot, had a little walk around to understand the area, then subsequently called the Estate Agents to reserve the plot - This took the majority of Tuesday, but we were given a list of things that were required which we shared. Unable to reach Belford Homes on Wednesday as the Sales Director was unavailable, again wholly understandable, we followed up via email to ask for the pricing of a few upgrade options. We hadn't received a response by Friday so called to pay the reservation fee to ensure the plot was reserved for us, but our call was not returned, nor was the email. Fast forward to Monday (they are closed over the weekend, we did try to call on the off chance), we called first thing to ensure reservation - We provided the additional information, was advised by the Sales Director that they were worried we would pull out, which we assured them wasn't the case and that our questions were entirely to ensure that we knew what was and wasn't feasible so we could plan accordingly, that we absolutely wanted to reserve as had always been our stance. The Sales Director took a note of our specifics, some of which we had already provided, and said she would call us back that day. It's Tuesday today and we have just received an email advising that they regret to inform us that over the weekend they have secured a reservation on the plot (which they seemingly didn't know about on Monday morning) - I appreciate that who they sell their properties to is their decision, but having entered into discussions with genuine intentions and complete openness, I feel that the way they have treated us warranted this review. As I have stated earlier, this review reflects solely on the customer service experience we have received during the sales/ reservation process.
