        Neil has refused to co-operate and blocked me from ringing him and has failed to provide the admin password for the cctv system we purchased and paid for. We now have a cctv system that we cannot operate! Completely unprofessional and unhelpful!

        We chose Pro Storm CCTV due to the outstanding reviews wed read (check out their Facebook and Yell.com reviews), and they couldnt be truer too. We are delighted with our new HD CCTV, access control and alarm system. Its all straightforward to use, and the apps on our phones mean we have complete control over the system 24/7. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Professional, friendly, and know their stuff, which is a marked difference from the limp approach we experienced from some of Pro Storms competitors!

        Why did you put my life at risk Neil? Due to your company incompetence my life was abused for being an innocent victim of fertility treatment. I hope you are proud of not calling me back when I needed to have my passcode changed and suffered abuse. Maybe it's time for you to take personal responsibility in life. Your actions affect others!
