As a first time landlords it all seemed daunting until 26 letters were recommended to us, weve never looked back. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again and again. Great all round service from Maria, Andy and Kim.

I passed over the management of my property to 26 Letters in November last year and their service has been invaluable in so many ways. My property needed a fair bit of work doing to it before it could be let out again. Their knowledge of Landlord regulations is second to none in the area and their advice at the outset enabled me to plan and schedule in the works that needed to be done to make sure my property complied with those regulations. This gave me peace of mind which is so important for a landlord. Andy is very hands on in terms of practical knowledge and assistance and this helped me enormously. Maria was instrumental in finding an excellent tenant for me and she and Kim were super efficient in pulling all the documentation together that needed to be signed. Everything 26 Letters did for me prior to letting my property was superb and I cant thank them enough - it felt like we worked together as a team to get the property ready in time for the tenant to move in - and that is something I really valued - as nothing seemed too much trouble. It runs through their business that they care genuinely about the properties they manage and the tenants and landlords they help. I recommend their services highly to any landlord looking for an excellent letting agent to manage their property.
