        I wish I had read the review. He was incredibly rude on the telephone when I asked if he charged for a quote and he insisted on it but we were desperate so said yes. He then came over and because were moving he started saying that we werent going to pay him as hed never see him again. So I told him to leave as wed never do that. He became very aggressive throwing the plug mechanism in my bath, slamming my stair gate open and then slamming my front door despite me telling him not, and he came back to do so as it slipped from his hand. He also yelled at me. This is one of the worst experiences I have had. I was also at home alone with my baby and the speed at which this mans temper flared was scary. Please do not use!
