I contacted Julie because my weight was out of control. It was very upsetting since I had tried every diet going and nothing worked because I was not feeding myself properly - in fact most of the time I starved myself. Julie gave me a new regime - it's simple, based wholly on how my body works and what it needs. Within the first week of eating properly, I noticed that I felt better - more energy, more motivation and no acid reflux. Now, after 12 weeks, I am sleeping better, my digestion is working properly and I have lost just over a stone in weight. Julie is kind, compassionate and extremely good at her job! She really listens to you and provides realistic, easy to do solutions. She is on your side and she never makes you feel ashamed. I initially completed the 12 week programme with Julie after a period of ill health to try to get back on track with my nutritional health and general well-being, and to adjust to life with an under-active thyroid. And have since continued monthly sessions to keep on track. Julie has been kind, patient and informative throughout, coming up with new ideas and suggestions to help with my health journey as new challenges have arisen and when life gets in the way! Julie is extremely knowledgeable whilst also delivering information in a manageable way, meaning I have never felt overwhelmed or unsure. I would recommend Julie to anyone starting a health or weight loss journey.
