        Always friendly and knowledgeable about eyewear and also helps with changing my hearing aid tubes. Really great at eye testing and doesnt bombard you with phone calls. They also use text messages to remind you of appointments. I tend to just turn up to get my tubes changed and I get all the batteries free. Around five packets of batteries with around 8 in the package. The staff goes above and beyond here in Market Deeping. They people who do the eye tests and hearing tests are professional and friendly. Always happy to listen to anything you have a problem with and the bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy with the Glasses and happy with the hearing aids.
