        Our broker, Charles Brookes, was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He was readily contactable and answered all of our questions, cutting through red tape and jargon. The rating falls short of five starts only because of shortcomings in the service delivered by 'EQUILAW', intended to provide independent legal advice. The company failed to establish and understand our particular circumstances, giving rise to unnecessary confusion and delays.
